The next book to come out is the one below. It is being supported by many celebrities who will be appearing at nationwide book signings with me. All the royalties are going to finance copies of my cancer information film; " Sleeping With The Light On ". The film helps patients and loved ones through the trauma of chemo and radiotherapy for cancer. I have had it 3 times and made the film because there isn`t any good DVDs on the market about this subject. All the copies will be donated FREE to as many patients as possible, and at just 20p a copy, that is possible. THE NEW HISTORY BOOK IS IN THE SHOPS NOW.
My latest book was launched at the book fair in London 2009. It is the result of many years studying the history of the English capital, and being a performing tour guide for 7 years. The book is unique in that it not only charts by year, dates, royalty and period, the events that shaped London, but looks at the history of London`s health issues. It also tells the fascinating story of how the capital got its street names. it finishes with a compilation of historically famous people who lived in, and made a difference to, the worlds most popular tourist spot. The book is out in June 2009 and has a foreword by my mate Jimmy White M.B.E. who is currently doing a stint in the jungle on `I`m a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here`.

The book everyone said would never be written, well it is now in the shops. It was a very hard job to do, writing for Alex Higgins. Alex is not the easiest of people to work with, but all in all I was very happy with the results. The book itself is full of the real facts about him and his real persona, much has been written about him over the decades he has been in the public eye, and at long last he has put the record straight.

The latest book in the collection is finished and at the publishers. John Blake Publishing have already got 2 non-fiction bestsellers in hand, Jordan and Lenny McLean. This book is the biography of Mikey Carroll the lottery winner, it is out in October 2006. It is pipped to be the 3rd best seller for Blake`s and the best selling biography of 2006-7. It took me 9 months to write it, and it is a really explosive book about the 19 year old ex-lag, who won £9.7m on the lottery on Saturday November 2nd 2002. I have been to Los Angeles where I have been negotiating for the film rights, and filming part of a documentary about the book for the E! Entertainment channel for Hollywood True Story; it aired in the U.S.A. to 70m homes on September 24th 2006 at 8 pm, and in Europe and the rest of the world on October 22nd 2006. In the U.K. it will go out on Sky channel 155.
My first book was a private project that I had no intention of getting published; however a copy of it ended up in the hands of my agent Diane Banks and thats how I became a professional writer. I originally wrote the book as a gift to my family and friends after my 3rd cancer, I wanted to tell the story of my life so I would be remembered by past, present and future family and friends. You will see from the title what I mean. The book was eventually published, but I have now withdrawn it as I am working on an updated version to be published in 2010. It was endorsed by Uri Geller and many other people.

Here is the proposed book cover for the updated autobiography, you will see I have changed the title to reflect my love of films. Thats me in the middle, this picture was taken in 1965. The book will have a lot more detail about my past, with real names instead of cover names. It will also have extra chapters covering 2002-2010, these chapters cover how I met Mikey Carroll and Alex Higgins then went onto write best sellers about them. The chapters will be telling some amazing stories about the 18 months I spent with these men, the traumas, the tantrums and some very funny meetings during the research. `Never before told stories` appear in the new book that will fascinate and amuse you at the same time.
